CHECK-IN / CHECH-OUT
Check-in from 03pm and check-out until 11am.
If you wish to check-in before 03pm or extend the check-out time after 11am, an additional fee equal to 50% of your Suite rate will apply.
If you wish to check-in before 08am or extend the check-out time after 06pm, an additional fee equal to 100% of your Suite rate will apply.

TAXES
Rates on website include taxes and service charge.

New Caledonia Government Taxes are subject to change without notice.

ROOM CAPACIY & FAMILY POLICY
– The 1 bedroom Suite can accommodate 2 persons.

– The 2 bedroom Suite can accommodate 4 persons.

On request and upon availability, a sofa bed can be added in the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom Suites.
The sofa bed is able to accommodate one extra adult or 2 extra children under 12 years old.
The sofa bed implies an additional charge, which will vary according to the Suite category and extra person(s) age(s).

On request prior to arrival and upon availability, a baby cot can be added in the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom Suites.
The baby cot is free of charge and can accommodate a child under 3 years old.

The hotel reserves the right to amend the family policy without notice.

BREAKFAST
Non-consumed breakfasts are non-refundable. In case of an early check-in, a take away breakfast can be arranged the previous evening. This requirement needs to be mentioned at check-in.

WIFI POLICY

Room rates include Free High Speed WIFI in all the complex.

– Special deals on the website are only applicable in the Château Royal Beach Resort & Spa within the validity period mentioned.

– Special deals are subject to availability when booking.
– The number of Suites can be limited when booking under these special deals.
– Some closing dates or restriction dates can apply.
– Special deals are not applicable on groups.
– Special deals cannot be combined with any additional offer(s).
– The hotel is non-responsible for any typographical error or omission.
– Special deals become non-valid if forbidden by the law.
– The hotel reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer at any time.

SCHUTTLE TRANSFER:
– Ground transportation shuttle on demand.

From Tontouta airport to Hotel, or from Hotel to Tontouta airport

– Please note that shuttle services are operated by an external supplier.

– The hotel cannot be liable in case of cancellation of ground transportation services.

ONLINE RESERVATION – TERMS OF PAYMENT
– For flexible rates: The Château Royal Beach Resort & Spa does not require a deposit.

– The hotel requires your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation, which will be send by email. The total amount of the stay must be paid on arrival.
– For non-flexible rates: the total amount of the stay is required when processing and confirming the booking.
– Walk policy: If the Complexe Château Royal does not have any available room despite the confirmation of your reservation, the hotel reserves the right to suggest you another nearby establishment. The establishment must be an equivalent standard property. The Château Royal Complex will take in charge the accommodation and transportations fees involved.

ONLINE RESERVATION – CANCELLATION POLICY
– “Non-flexible” or “non-refundable” reservations: it does not entitle you to any refund in case of room cancellation.

– “Flexible” reservations: any room cancellation received within 72 hours prior to arrival, one room penalty will be charged (for less than a 5 nigh stay) or two room penalty will be charged (for 5 night stay and more) from the credit card you have given to guarantee the reservation.
– In case of “no show”, the full amount of the stay will be charged from the credit card you have given to guarantee the reservation.
